- I overslept. Got fourteen hours but still feel tired.
- Had a dream about ice-fishing, but can't remember any more. [....] I got bit?
- Had two cups of water this morning.
- My pee was light yellow and lasted eleven seconds.
- Missed breakfast but ate a banana. It has two bruises.
- Might be that time of the month again!

Yeah, Jude. Even though we don't ovulate, our hormones still go through cycles! But since we don't have a [...] physical marker, it can be hard to understand what's going on. You know :)

No, I think it's considered clickbait "pop science" by most. [........] But some doctors have good reasons to support it's legitimacy. Biology is complicated, we're learning all the time, etc.
