"Maybe it's a sign that I wasn't meant to be a duke," Mason replies, watching the crown escape. Apparently, however, Hamsi isn't going to let him passively accept this, because she's dragging him onto the dance floor. "Okay, okay, okay," he says, stumbling along after her, doing his best not to jostle anyone who's actually trying to dance. "Where'd it go?"
