We've all had the weekend to digest what we learned. If anyone has any concerns they'd like to bring to staff, I can do so for you if you're not comfortable approaching them.

I encourage everyone to talk about this openly and honestly.

I know this is hard. I just want to say two things:

One: We're going to be fine! We're well prepared, well equipped, and well aware of the stakes. All of us are going to make it through this, happy and successful.

Two: But if you want to go home, none of us will be disappointed or think less of you. We'll miss you, of course, but we should be here because we want to be. This is voluntary.

You're all very important to me.
