There's something positively electric about that sound Marty makes. Liam starts to laugh, but only the very edge of it gets out before their lips are crashing together. His favorite kind of surprise. The kind that clouds his head right up and leaves him breathless.

Liam stills with a jolt, dance forgotten and systems rebooting. But once he's back online, he tilts his head to readjust an off-kilter landing and kisses Marty back with equal enthusiasm. As soon as their lips are parted, he mumbles, "That doesn't mean you won."
