It's Flint's turn to laugh. "Maybe later then," he whispers, and tugs Scout towards the first class car. Walking away from the freshmen puts him back into a contemplative mood, the same mood that spurred him into asking for a photograph.

It's less crowded here, at least. "Let's just..." Flint never knows what to do with himself when it comes to posing for pictures, and he ends up just looking at Scout, still holding his hand. "I never thought I'd have a prom like this."
