Even though she'd been playing at confident, Hadlee is a little relieved that she and Venus had both won prom princess. In the context of all her other victories this is pretty small, but... something about winning with her girlfriend makes it that much better. She's beaming, and maybe even a little flushed, as they leave the stage.
